Just a quick reminder about the July Challenge…
Sports Heroes
We have had a couple of submissions already which are most excellent (check them out) but I want to see a lot more!!
Since it is nearly the end of the month already (geez time flies) I am going to extend the deadline until the end of next month (August).
I’m hoping to get something submitted for this myself soon and I sure hope you guys get on board as well.
I am also taking suggestions for the next challenge so… “have at thee”

I hope we are all doing well?
Well fellow heroes I think it has finally got to the point where running this group by myself has become more work that I can manage at the moment.
After about two years of being the Founder I think it is time for me to hand over the reins.
At the moment I work 60-70 hours a week, I have a young family plus all the other responsibilities that come with being an adult human meat sack and unfortunately right now various stresses are starting to affect my health, something has to give.
So I have made the decision I will probably be doing less art (but I’ll still be drawing), pull back from

Here in Australia Winter is well and truly setting in (where I live this is probably comparable to a UK Summer :XD:) and I hope our Northern neighbours are enjoying their Summer :)
Only a quick one this time around guys, as mentioned I am bringing back our monthly challenge and I am going to trial it over the next few months to see if we can’t get you all interested again, I would love to see all our great members get on board and try their hand at a challenge or two over the next few months.

Alright, so if anyone read the last group journal I was musing over starting our monthly challenge again which I had stopped due to lack of interest and the fact that my real life is getting in the way of being super active here.
I'm still as busy as ever but I thought... "Stuff it!" Let's give it another go and see if we can't get people keen on the Heroes Corner Monthly Challenge again.
We have a lot of members here now so I am hoping

It's been a while since I have sent out a group update so I thought it was about time I did one.
Firstly, we have just busted through the 900 members mark :wow:
I don't know about you guys but I think this is quite the achievement, it's great to see so many like minded people here and a lot of the art that is being submitted is fantastic.
Welcome to all our new members, I hope you are enjoying being a part of this group so far and I know I certainly look forward to seeing all the great art submitted by all our members here. :)
